THE ALCOHOL ‘AUDIT’ QUESTIONNAIRE

 

Are YOU addicted to alcohol?

Here is a short questionnaire to evaluate your present use of alcohol.   The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test or 'AUDIT' has been developed by the World Health Organisation and is used by doctors to assess the extent to which a patient is likely to need to make some changes in their drinking to avoid health problems.
