How to Combat the Effects of Electromagnetic Stress on Your Body

Modern
electrical appliances are relatively new in evolutionary terms
and we each use many of these devices on a daily basis. Every
second of the day, we’re being constantly bombarded with
electromagnetic waves such as those emitted from overhead
cables, mobile telephone masts, mobile phones, wireless devices
(DECT), computers, microwaves, electrical currents within our
homes and offices, x-rays and also ultraviolet radiation that
are all harmful due to the damage they can cause to our bodies
at a cellular level.
Our
exposure to EMFs has been shown to actually affect the way our
body’s cells communicate with one another and therefore this
affects our own ability to function properly. These pulsating
frequencies actively destroy our body’s healthy cells and cause
blockages in the flow of our body’s vital energy which can lead
to chronic disease.
Research
confirms that these frequencies not only seriously affect our
cell’s communication levels and its cell contents, but rather

1) You MUST reduce your exposure to EMFs!
It's
essential that you must
keep away from WIRELESS devices and appliances. The use of cabled
equipment is much
healthier, therefore you should absolutely minimise your use
of mobile, cordless phones, WiFi appliances, Wii games etc. You should consider using
anti-radiation chips for all mobile phones, computers,
microwaves etc, and limit the use of high tech equipment and
fluorescent lighting.
Try to avoid living near to mobile phone
towers, electrical pylons and high tension wires, and also avoid
using a microwave completely. It’s recommended that you don’t
use under-floor heating too. If you do use a ‘panic’ or ‘help’
monitor around your neck to notify the emergency services once
it has been pressed, remove it and wear it around your wrist
instead – it’s much safer for you.

2) Review and change your ‘sleep’ environment.
This is really important because the body’s immune resistance is
considerably lowered during sleep because it has to rest and
repair itself. The body therefore becomes much more sensitive
to EMFs during sleep so all metal bed frames and bedsprings
should be avoided.
Also, you
must clear your sleep area and remove all electrical appliances
and mobile devices away from the head area especially (and
preferably out of the bedroom). Try to pull your bed out from wall if the bed is near an electrical
outlet.
Any
electrical wiring and extension cords should be placed as far
away from the body as possible beyond the feet area, and
never under the bed. You should only considering using
basic battery clocks and you should sleep at least one meter
away from electric radiators. Always keep your mobile phone off
overnight. Ideally, you should
switch off your electricity into your home at night-time
at the fuse-box.
If you have
to use one, remove your electric blanket from the bed after it
has warmed, or better still use a hot-water bottle, wear more
clothing for bed, or cuddle up to someone warm at night as

Pregnant
women have to be especially careful! There have been numerous

3) Regularly detoxify your body
– and do this at least 2-3 times a year. When exposed to EMFs,
the micro-organisms in your body create even more neurotoxins as
a type of survival response. It’s important that you therefore
follow regular detox programmes either using

toxic load. Specific ‘heavy-metal’ detoxing is definitely recommended
1-2 times throughout the year.
4) Strengthen your body through a healthier diet and get to love
and care for your bowels
and give them the support they need! Eat plenty of
fibre, take
aloe vera juice and ensure that you take
probiotics daily. The
good bowel flora can often be depleted through stress, diet,
lifestyle and environmental factors so these need to be
replenished regularly.
Stabilise and support your
blood sugar levels by eating
frequent small wholesome snacks or meals which contain protein
and are high in fibre. Take essential fatty acid supplements
like
Omega 3 or
Flaxseed Oil and also Gamma-Linoleic Acid in the
form of
Evening Primrose Oil on a daily basis to help strengthen the
cell membranes and nerve signals around the body.
